Pasta Making with Scratch Pasta
Wednesday, May 21 l 6-7:30PM
Join Trey Ward, professional chef and expert pasta maker at Lynchburg’s own Scratch Pasta Co. for an evening of pasta making and cooking! He’ll share pasta fun facts, demonstrate how to make fresh pasta dough the traditional way, then roll and cut fresh noodles. Then you’ll roll and cut your own fresh noodles to take home! Participants will also enjoy a pasta snack in class.
Each participant will take home a pound of fresh noodles, a tub of marinara sauce, recipes for both, and will receive a glass of wine (if older than 21).
This class is ideal for ages 14+
